Our recent trip to Mablethorpe with mums and children. Lots of fun was had by all. Especially the children. An opportunity for the daughters to relax and have some quality time with the children.
We shared a picnic and the traditional fish and chips was a must. "Next time we should stay overnight!" Grace, mum of three. "This is the best Nyasa Daughters trip ever!" Aadil, aged 6. "It is not at all like I expected, I'm so glad I came. We've had a blast dancing on the beach" Brenda |

NYASA DAUGHTERS OF NOTTINGHAM are proud to have made the shortlist in the Community Organisation for Gender category in the National Diversity Awards - out of 20,000 nominees. We are the only Nottingham group to make the shortlist. We are in the category with some very established and fantastic organisations and to be in their company is a massive achievement for us.
The prestigious and glitzy awards ceremony will be held in Liverpool on Friday, 18th September, 2015.
A group of 5 Nyasa Daughters will attend the ceremony thanks to the generosity of local councillors.
Wish us luck and watch this space to see if we bring the award back to Nottingham.
